PC Exterminator sent a technician the same morning I called. He spent 45 minutes doing a real inspection – not a walk-through. He explained that the previous treatments had scattered the colony and made them harder to kill. He used acombination of gel bait and an IGR I’d never heard of. Told me what to expect: activity might actually increase for 48-72 hours as the bait spread through the colony.
He was right. And then – nothing. Visit two was a follow-up three weeks later. Zero live activity. Zero. We signed up for their quarterly plan immediately. Eleven months later and not a single roach. I don’t leave reviews for much but this one I had to write.”
